Come Join me as I try not to get too drunk and enjoy lots of beer.
perrydrinks:
Hi. Welcome to my tiny corner of cyber space. I have been kicking around San Diego county for the better part of ten years and really starting to fully enjoy the diverse craft beer scene that is constantly changing. I have created this place to ATTEMPT to drink every beer from San Diego county breweries that I can get my hands on.
This will be where I log my progress through the craft breweries of San Diego County. Basically, I became overwhelmed and frustrated by the fact that this county has quite an expansive selection of year round brews, not to mention seasonal or specials and one offs. I will attempt to taste, sample, buy, and enjoy as many as possible. Including pictures and some (half assed) tasting notes as possible. I hope if you have found your way on to this blog, you enjoy the adventure and find some new beers to try out.

No matter how much I dislike this job. I will never have another job again where I can take a lunch break at a bar and come back to work after two pints.

So envious! My friend and I have been looking for this for years! Was it just at a market?
This is actually the second little market/bottle shop that was supposed to have it around here. Both places have shit tons of craft brew. My friend told me he saw it at this place and I almost yelled at him asking if he bought it. It was the last bottle they had and I swooped it up. I had also been very lazily looking for it for about 2 years and I should be cracking it with a few friends tomorrow.
I only recently saw they also make “Sink the Bismarck!” @41% and an 11 bottle run of “The End of History” @55%. I doubt I will ever see a bottle of ‘The End of History,’ But I will be on the watch for ‘Sink the Bismarck!’ next. Have you had any beers from Brewdogs?
